I took it in to the dealership and they serviced it. Code was P0299 and they replaced the turbo, all the gaskets, cac hose and fuel filters. It gave me a lot of problems. Dealer ended up replacing fuel pump, injectors and injector pump. They said dodge changed the fuel filter mileage interval and it needs to be changed sooner than the manual. Which brings me to the meat of my question.Problem really was it wasn’t uncommon to have trucks sitting for 4-8 weeks waiting on parts. I think the engine oil spec change was a move in the right direction for reliability. So it seems at this point, reliability is better than it was 3-4 years ago.
