The actuating arm has a threaded adjustment on it that will increase or decrease rear braking force when adjusted. You need to adjust with that spring / screw to back off some of the pressure. Also if your car is lowered, it needs to be adjusted anyways.Product Summary. I doubt your proportioning valve is bad. Although anything is possible I would change your rubber brake lines and bleed the system carefully.
